Rise Up - Empowering women in leadership

Money20/20 believes inclusive businesses are better businesses. To promote this value, Rise Up was created to address the gender imbalance in leadership positions within the Financial Services and Fintech industry.

Rise Up is a global programme with local perspective, designed to provide support and actionable skills for women working to take the next steps to increased seniority within their careers. This exclusive programme will give participants access to contacts, mentors, training and learning that will catapult their career to the next level.

How does it work?

At Money20/20 Europe, a cohort of 30 women will be hand-chosen to take part in an exclusive Money20/20 curated agenda, complete with a series of bespoke content sessions and unique networking opportunities. Alongside regular programming, they will take part in one-to-one mentoring with the most respected industry leaders, private meetings with keynote speakers and special networking events.

Empower women with actionable skills and learnings that can catapult their career to the next level
