She is the Founder of Creditcare, a multinational consumer finance company driven by technology. Throughout the world, large international banks only address the top 10% of customers in the 500M+ South Asia, 620M+ in Latin America and 1.2B+ in Africa.

Julia solves this problem by leveraging technology and working with government regulators to address 90% of the population online and through a network of 20,000 brick-and-mortar touch points across the Philippines and Vietnam. Creditcare gives their customers a digital financial identity, access to suite of innovative products and the formal financial system.

The company is currently focused on growth in the Philippines & Vietnam, with expansion plans into Mexico and the United States in late 2019.
