Marca Wosoba

Marca is an accomplished Fintech Leader with extensive financial services leadership experience and technical expertise in new market entry, partnerships, strategic public and government affairs, regulatory licences, FX, payments as well as international experience spanning Europe, China, India and other Asian markets.

She is currently General Manager, Europe at Global Reach with accountability for Global Reach’s market entry and expansion in the European Market. Based in Amsterdam she’s focused on building the European team and commercial operations.

Prior to this she was Head of International Development and a Member of the Global Leadership Team reporting to the CEO at WorldFirst - one of the UK’s fastest growing FinTech companies - with accountability for new market expansion, strategy and new revenue. Before moving into the fast-paced world of fintech she held progressive Director-level leadership roles with Royal Bank of Scotland following an award-winning early career in European Sales & Marketing with McGraw-Hill Education. She holds an MBA from Cass Business School.
